What you'll do:





The purpose of this role is to lead and manage strategic projects and change initiatives across the organisation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful delivery of outcomes.



As a hybrid role, the Project & Change Manager is responsible for both the planning and execution of complex projects and the delivery of change management activities. The role requires the effective coordination of stakeholder and resources, to deliver impactful and sustainable change while mitigating risks and fostering collaboration.


Role Responsibilities:




Project Management




Work with the Head of Strategic Change to scope and execute strategic change initiatives and implement project standards and governance.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Ensure effective project governance through regular reporting, performance tracking, and stakeholder communication.

Change Management




Design and implement change management strategies that support organizational objectives and address the impact on people, processes, and technology.

Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify key groups and tailor communications and engagement plans accordingly. Manage change impact and change readiness assessments and provide support to teams and individuals through transitions. Develop training and support materials to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, or ways of working.

Collaboration and Communication




Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout project and change initiatives.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive engagement, problem-solving, and decision-making. Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership effectively.

Strategic Contribution




Align projects and change initiatives with the organization's strategic goals and priorities.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the Strategic Change Team and broader organisation. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of project and change management methodologies and tools.

Additional Considerations




This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

A proven track record of managing both projects and change initiatives within a hybrid working environment is essential. Familiarity with change management frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR) and project management (Prince2, APM, PMP) methodologies is highly desirable.
