Strategic Finance Managers

to play a pivotal role in shaping our mergers, acquisitions, and divestment activity. This is a high-profile opportunity to influence multi-million-pound decisions, work with senior leaders, and drive strategic growth across the business.

In this exciting role, you'll combine sharp financial insight with strategic thinking--leading due diligence, building robust valuation models, advising on deal structures, and ensuring every transaction delivers long-term value.

What you'll be doing

In this role, you will:Lead financial due diligence for M&A transactions, ensuring rigorous assessment and high-quality financial insights. Perform valuation analysis using advanced methodologies to support strategic decision-making. Build comprehensive financial models, capturing synergies, integrationcostsand ROI scenarios. Shape investment cases by partnering with Development Managers, DevelopmentAssociatesand senior stakeholders. Support investment papers and play a key role in submissions for CRH approval. Advise on deal structuring and financing, optimising value and mitigating risk. Drive process efficiency, proactively managing bottlenecks and ensuring smooth end-to-end execution across financial workstreams.

Your skills & experience

We're looking for someone with:Advanced financial modelling and valuationexpertise. Strongproficiencywith financial analysis tools and techniques. Deep knowledge of corporate finance principles and transaction structures. Excellent communication skills for crafting investment papers and presenting findings. A proven ability to manage multiple priorities andmaintainefficiency.

Experience

Significant experiencein corporate finance, M&A advisory, or transaction services. A track recordof delivering high-quality financial due diligence and valuation for complex deals. Experience working with cross-functional teams in corporate or advisory environments.

Education

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. A professional qualification such as ACA or CFA. Evidence of continued learning in financial analysis and deal execution.
