The Strategic Marketing Lead, EMEA Expansion & New Markets is responsible for both unlocking growth in new markets and ensuring ongoing success across established regions within EMEA.



This role provides leadership and direction to regional marketing managers, while partnering closely with senior sales and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact.



Acting as the bridge between global strategy and regional execution, the Strategic Marketing Lead drives scalable growth, fosters collaboration, and elevates marketing maturity across diverse markets


About the role


Lead, coach, and develop regional marketing managers to deliver impact across diverse markets, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. Drive expansion strategy by shaping and executing go-to-market plans for new or emerging regions, ensuring sustainable growth from low awareness to meaningful market presence. Ensure ongoing success in established markets, scaling best practices and optimizing demand generation to accelerate pipeline and revenue contribution. Act as the marketing lead for EMEA in senior leadership discussions, representing regional priorities and ensuring alignment with global business goals. Partner with senior sales leaders across EMEA to tightly align marketing activities with pipeline, revenue, and retention targets. Collaborate with global marketing teams (Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Corporate Communications, Creative, etc.) to adapt global strategies for local relevance and amplify impact. Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and scalability across regional teams, embedding best-practice frameworks and processes. Track and analyze marketing performance across EMEA, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.



About you


Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or AEC marketing, with 2-3+ years of people leadership. Proven success driving market entry and regional growth strategies. Experience managing cross-functional projects, stakeholders, and agencies across multiple geographies. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and balance competing demands. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executive audiences. Proficiency with marketing technology and tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Asana/Jira, analytics platforms, etc.). Professional working proficiency in English, German and French
