Job Context
As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring, developing, and nurturing relationships with our most important and strategic partners. While this is an individual contributor role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our partnership strategy and driving significant revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing and product, to ensure the success of our strategic alliances.



Location: Leeds, LS15 or Reading, RG1, on-site.
What You'll DoIdentify, recruit and onboard new strategic partners that align with Simpro Group's business objectives. Develop and execute strategic account plans for our key partners, setting and tracking ambitious goals and milestones. In collaboration with the marketing team, assist in creating and implementing the strategic partner program marketing strategy, to drive brand awareness, increase partner engagement and generate leads. Collaborate with partners to create and execute joint go-to-market strategies, including co-marketing campaigns, partner plans, sales initiatives and events. Drive partner-referred pipeline and revenue to meet and exceed targets. Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships. Work closely with the product team to identify opportunities for strategic partner integrations that will benefit our partners and customers. Provide regular performance reviews and business updates to both internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll BringProven experience in a partner management, strategic alliances or business development role within the SaaS or technology industry. A demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
