Job Description

Minimum qualifications:



Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or management consulting within the media and entertainment industry, including influencer and creator networks or agencies. Experience working cross-functionally across all levels of management. Experience with partner development and negotiation through business development and driving product adoption.


Preferred qualifications:



Experience building and maintaining complex, end-to-end strategic partnerships. Experience in Influencer Marketing. Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with potential partners. Ability to structure, analyze, and solve complex business problems, as well as deliver impact against concrete business goals. Excellent influencing and communication skills with cross-functional and external stakeholders. Effective planning and time management skills and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Align product/content with partner business goals, provide guidance to drive adoption, and secure content required through agreements and acquisitions. Support business and product innovation through goal-oriented programs and pilots, creator engagement, and beta testing. Build a network of partners to serve as platform advocates, and represent YouTube at industry events. Manage partner issues, educate on policies, and ensure agreement/corpus hygiene.
