To identify, build and manage strategic partnerships that align with Protective Care Group's growth plan, with a key focus on building strong, sustainable relationships with Local Authorities and other mission-aligned external organisations. This role will drive people growth opportunities through proactive engagement, strategic collaboration, and a solution focused approach to placement and workforce development.
Responsibilities:
Build and manage strategic relationships with key external stakeholders including Local Authorities and other sector partners.
Identify and develop new partnership opportunities in line with organisational growth strategy.
Act as a key liaison for all external partnership queries and opportunities within PCG
Support collaborative planning with Procurement to forecast and fulfil future placement needs.
Negotiate and structure partnership agreements that meet both organisational and partner goals.
Monitor partnership performance and ensure regular touchpoints are maintained.
Work cross-functionally with Recruitment, Marketing, Compliance, Procurement, and Field Operations.
Contribute to regional and national networking events and forums on behalf of PCG
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market, policy and sector trends to inform partnership activity.
Represent the voice of external partners in internal strategy and planning sessions.

Proven experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement or external relations
Experience negotiating and managing agreements or service-level arrangements
Track record of identifying and progressing new business or collaborative opportunities
Knowledge of care sector, social impact organisations, or public sector partnerships is advantageous
