The role

We are seeking a driven Strategic Planning Manager to lead our planning function and drive business performance through strategic insights and robust planning processes. This is a high-impact role, ideal for a professional with a strong analytical background.

Key accountabilities

Act as the conduit between commercial and finance teams, facilitating effective communication and alignment on strategic priorities Develop and present strategic insights and commercial narratives to senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on growth plans Partnering with underwriters, actuaries, and senior stakeholders to drive premium planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making Project manage and coordinate the premium planning cycle, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and alignment with business priorities Monitor and report on the progress of growth plans and revising plans as necessary to achieve business objectives Drive continuous improvement of systems and processes, collaborating with developers and other stakeholders #

Skills & experience

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint 4+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Transaction Services or a similar analytical and strategic environment #
