The Role




We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Procurement Consultant to join our growing Consultancy Team. This is a high-impact role where you will lead client-facing projects, develop innovative procurement solutions, and drive business growth through strategic engagement.

Key Responsibilities



Lead the delivery of complex procurement consultancy projects. Build and nurture strategic relationships with public sector clients. Design and implement compliant, value-for-money procurement solutions. Collaborate across YPO departments to maximise opportunities and share best practice.

Requirements



Significant experience in senior procurement roles, ideally within the UK public sector. Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills. Excellent commercial awareness and strategic thinking. Full member or working towards membership of CIPS (Level 5 or equivalent). Passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Desirable Experience



Consultancy or membership organisation experience. Proven success in business development and change leadership. A full driving licence is advantageous.
