The Role:
In the role of Strategic Projects Manager - Delivery Vehicle you will be expected to work across traditional boundaries within the planning profession and involve the areas of development management, planning policy design and implementation
As the Strategic Projects Manager you will improve delivery of development projects of strategic importance to the City/Delivery vehicle
The Strategic Projects Manager will deal with strategic/regionally important planning applications (and associated detailed applications) from submission through negotiation and determination, to implementation and delivery.
For the role of Strategic Projects Manager Delivery Vehicle you will be expected to take the lead with developers to secure the best possible developments for the City and across the Delivery Vehicle Area and to work across the Directorate, the Council and with partners including Homes England and the Combined Authority
