We're seeking a Strategic Analyst to join our dynamic Strategic PMO Operations team. In this critical role, you'll help shape the strategic direction of our Innovation Marketing teams across all business units--fueling growth, supporting new product introductions (NPIs), and delivering measurable impact.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Analysis & Insight GenerationCollaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to analyze KPIs, identify trends, and improve NPI forecasting accuracy Support strategic and innovation-focused initiatives across regions and product lines Use data-driven insights to evaluate project performance and shape long-term strategy

Stakeholder EngagementWork with global and regional Marketing, Innovation, Finance, and Strategic teams to ensure alignment across initiatives Clearly communicate objectives, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders

Risk Identification & MitigationAssess NPI forecast risk and develop data-supported mitigation strategies Monitor innovation pipelines and market conditions to anticipate strategic challenges

Continuous Improvement & ReportingLead monthly performance reporting to support NPI governance Document key learnings and contribute to process improvement initiatives across the innovation lifecycle

What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field (Master's preferred)

10+ years' experience in strategic analysis, preferably in the chemical, manufacturing, or industrial sectors

Deep understanding of innovation and business support processes in a matrixed, global organization

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other analytical tools

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership
