We're seeking a forward-thinking Innovation Strategy Consulting Manager to spearhead end-to-end consulting engagements in pharma, biotech, and medtech. You'll collaborate closely with the Head of Consulting to drive strategic growth, design bold solutions, and scale our consultancy's impact.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and deliver high-impact consulting projects from ideation through execution
  • Manage and mentor a team of consultants, guiding them across multiple engagements
  • Build and deepen strategic client relationships to secure long-term partnerships
  • Design innovative project frameworks leveraging design thinking, service design, and human-centric methods
  • Oversee project delivery in complex areas such as Medical Affairs, Commercial Strategy, Patient Engagement, Market Access, Launch Excellence, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain
  • Lead business development initiatives - identify opportunities, draft compelling proposals, and pitch to prospects
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute the consultancy's strategic vision
Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit
You will excel in this position if you bring:
  • 6+ years in strategy or management consulting, with at least 4 focused on life sciences or pharma
  • Proven experience leading design-led innovation using methodologies like design thinking and service design
  • A strategic mindset with creative vision - constantly challenging conventions and seeking novel solutions
  • Strong business acumen and ability to assess industry shifts, translating them into actionable strategies
  • Experience managing and mentoring teams, fostering collaboration and delivering high-performance outcomes
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and resilience - comfortable with direct feedback, rapid iteration, and startup-style environments
