VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Strategy Manager for a leading global law firm with a significant presence in many countries around the world.

This role will be Hybrid working - 3-2 days in State of the Art Belfast City Centre offices, 2-3 days at Home.This is a Monday - Friday position.

This is a Permanent position.

Responsibilities
The Practice Manager will work closely with and be a trusted advisor for the Partners (Partner, Transactions - UK & EMEA and Asia and Partner, Disputes - UK, US & EMEA) and Director (Director - Greater China) and ALT West Regional Executive Sponsor leading the UK, US, EMEA and Asia regions - working collaboratively with them to develop and execute ALT\'s strategic business objectives, and to deliver growth and development across the Practice Group.

The Practice Manager will collaborate with a range of stakeholders across the regions to ensure that diverse functions across the Practice Group are aligned - acting as a conduit between the Partners, Director, ALT West Regional Executive Sponsor and the wider team.

The Ideal Person:

• Experience in a similar role - Strategy and Communications are key points of this role.
• Demonstrates the ability and confidence to deal autonomously and effectively with a variety of people, including Partners and senior Business Services managers and leaders.
• Demonstrates sound judgement on strategic and commercial issues.
• Excellent presentation, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, including collaboration and influencing skills.
