Job Description

Seeking an experienced MDM professional to lead enterprise-wide master data initiatives and governance frameworks.
This role involves defining and enforcing data standards, developing quality metrics and dashboards, and leading a team of data stewards.
You will play a key role in redesigning master data models as part of a major ERP transformation (SAP S/4HANA), ensuring consistency across business systems and driving process improvements.
Responsibilities include ownership of MDM tools, end-to-end data lifecycle processes (CRUD), and collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to align with strategic transformation goals.
Ideal candidates will bring 8+ years of MDM/MDG experience, a solid background in SAP ecosystems, strong leadership and analytical skills, and fluency in English.
Willingness to travel is required.
