About Us
We're
Lynch Live Commerce
one of the UK's fastest-growing live-selling teams, connecting thousands of vintage lovers with rare and unique finds every week.
Our live shows are fast-paced, high-energy, and packed with personality. Every stream tells a story, builds community, and drives real results. Behind each of those shows is a streamer confident, honest, and engaging, and behind them is you.
We move fast, think creatively, and expect high standards. It's a place for people who want to grow, take ownership, and make an impact every day.
The Role
We're looking for a
Streamer Training & Performance Coach
to raise the standard of every live show we deliver. You'll coach new and existing streamers, blending hands-on training with performance data to help them find their voice, hit targets, and connect with audiences authentically.
You'll use the
Lynch Streaming App
to track progress, spot patterns, and turn analytics into actionable coaching. Whether it's helping someone build confidence on camera, refine their delivery, or control a room full of engaged viewers you'll be the person guiding them to their best.
This is a dynamic, people-focused role that sits right at the heart of our business. You'll influence how our streamers perform, how our brand sounds, and how our audience experiences Lynch every single day.
What You'll Do
Deliver onboarding and induction training for new streamers -- teaching them
"The Lynch Way"
and building their confidence from day one.
Run mock streams and live practice sessions to refine tone, pacing, and flow.
Observe live shows (both in person and remotely) and record insights through the Lynch Streaming App.
Analyse performance data (conversion rates, items/hour, engagement) and turn it into clear coaching actions.
Lead 1-1 development sessions for underperforming or new streamers, with targeted plans to help them grow fast.
Partner with the Stream Coordinator to align performance levels with stock type and show format.
Meet weekly with the founder of Live Commerce to discuss trends, new training ideas, and creative ways to keep improving the streaming experience.
What We're Looking For
We want someone who knows how to bring out the best in people. You'll be a natural coach patient, observant, and confident enough to challenge when needed. You'll love helping others perform, grow, and reach goals they didn't think were possible. By asking the right questions to allow people to unlock their potential.
Essential:
Proven experience in
coaching, performance management, or training
ideally in a fast-paced, creative, or retail environment.
Strong communication skills with a calm, motivating, and approachable tone.
Confidence in giving feedback that's constructive, not critical -- helping others improve while staying inspired.
Excellent eye for flow, delivery, tone, pacing, and presentation.
Analytical mindset, confident in using performance data to guide development and track progress.
Flexibility to balance both in-person coaching and remote observation.
Bonus:
Experience with
live streaming
, content creation, or social media presenting.
A passion for
vintage fashion
and an understanding of what makes great resale content.
What Success Looks Like
Every new streamer hits full competency within six weeks.
The overall viewer experience improves higher retention, more engagement, stronger sales.
Streamers feel supported, confident, and part of a culture that values growth and collaboration.
The Lynch brand continues to set the standard for professional, entertaining live selling in the UK.
Future Growth
This isn't a stepping-stone role it's central to how we grow. As Lynch Live Commerce expands, you'll lead the full training and coaching function for our streaming division, setting the tone and standard for every new presenter who joins.
You'll:
Drive and refine
the Route to Competency framework used to train all streamers.
Own and develop
performance standards across every stream category from Premium to Wholesale to American Sports.
Influence company-wide training strategy
, ensuring every live show reflects the energy, honesty, and professionalism that define the Lynch brand.
We're looking for someone who's not just here to train streamers, but to
shape the future of live selling
at Lynch.
