About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and charismatic

Live Stream Sales Host

to lead engaging live shopping experiences that connect audiences with premium and trending products.

What You'll Be Doing

Host Live Shopping Events:

Present products to our audience with enthusiasm, confidence, and creativity, ensuring an unforgettable experience.

Drive Sales:

Use your sales skills and product knowledge to maximise conversions during live streams on platforms like TikTok Shop.

Audience Interaction:

Build genuine connections by responding to questions and creating a sense of community during live sessions.

Collaborate:

Work with our content and marketing teams to plan shows, craft engaging pitches, and brainstorm new ideas to keep streams fresh and exciting.

What We're Looking For

Energetic and Bold:

Someone who thrives in the spotlight, brings energy to every session, and isn't afraid to take charge. A natural flair for on-screen hosting, with prior experience in live streaming, sales, or influencing.

Engaging Personality:

You'll interact directly with our audience, answering questions, sharing product insights, and keeping viewers hooked.

Goal-Focused:

Skilled at pitching products and turning engagement into conversions using innovative sales techniques.

Resilient and Enthusiastic:

Hosting live shows lasting up to 4 hours requires a love for real-time interaction and the stamina to maintain a lively atmosphere.

Content Creator Mindset:

You'll assist in creating promotional content and analysing show performance to refine the Tilt experience.

Self-Starter Attitude:

A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Communication:

Excellent communication skills and a knack for storytelling.

Understand Fashion:

Deep understanding of online shopping trends. Must be open to coming into the office 5 days a week Experience working with Tilt or similar platforms is a plus!
