Job Responsibilities

Operate vehicles and equipment necessary for street cleansing tasks. Maintain cleanliness of public areas by following designated routes and schedules. Ensure safe disposal of collected waste and debris. Report any issues or hazards encountered during operations to the supervisor. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing duties.

Person Specifications

Must be an accurate timekeeper with a clean and tidy appearance. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and the public. Capable of following both verbal and written instructions. Physically fit to walk approximately 8 miles per day at a good pace. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team. Willingness to wear corporate clothing as required. Experience working outdoors and flexibility with working hours, including bank holidays. Basic literacy and numeracy skills. Some experience interacting with customers or the public is preferred.
