Summary

We are seeking some amazing Full time and Part time members to join our vibrant team at The Redshank/The Mart. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving our delicious homemade dishes. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for quality and freshness in every meal.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of dishes in accordance with our menu standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and taking orders efficiently & accurately with a smile. And dont forget the Redshank banter... Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in the setup and breakdown of the units before and after events. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or catering is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A passion for simple yet tasty food and commitment in quality to food preparation.
