We're looking for a professional, experienced and friendly manager to join our team at Applebee's Market Grill, in Borough Market. Someone passionate about making every customer experience a memorable one, and managing a team with that same drive. Additionally, compliance, operations and team-building will be at the core of your strengths.
The right person will take pride in the small details, alongside a strong and reliable team that can confidently share knowledge and passion with our customers.
The role
The main purpose of the role is to oversee and manage the daily operations of the market stand - ensuring, with a hands-on approach, an efficient, enthusiastic and smooth service is provided by the team.
The right candidate will have a strong background in team building and management, rota creation and labour cost control, stock management and generally fostering a positive and productive work environment whilst driving sales.
Salary and details
Full time: 45 hours per week (paid overtime).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 42,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Day shift Weekend availability
