We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Individual who has a passion for Vintage Clothing and Streetwear to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist in maintaining the store's visual standards while promoting our products and services effectively.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take pride in our shopping experience. Provide knowledgeable information about the latest fashion trends and our products to enhance shopping experience. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale. Maintain a clean and organised store, ensuring rails are stocked and displays are visually appealing. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service. Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment. Utilise Social media marketing by uploading regular and exciting content.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential. Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions accurately. A vast Knowledge in the latest fashion trends, Vintage and streetwear culture

Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour
