Dare Utility Services Ltd are looking for an experienced
Streetworks Co-ordinator
to join our ever-expanding business, based at our offices in Dawlish. The successful candidate will plan and permit for our site based operational teams, and will be required to undertake the following, day-to-day tasks:
Raising Highway Authority permits within the stipulated timescales, in line with the Councils Permit Scheme.
Liaise with Highway Authorities, Work Schedulers and Traffic Management companies to ensure required permit, update and approvals are in place.
Open & close Streetwork permits/notices & efficiently manage the permit application process by identifying and mitigating any issues or conflicts, seeking to resolve these, to enable permits to proceed as planned.
Permit control, by starting and stopping permits at the beginning and end of each project, on time.
Analyse & respond to Section 74 charges & fixed penalty offences
Submit final grid references upon completion of works, provided to you by site-based supervisors.
Who we are looking for:
A team player who can work collectively, or on their own initiative.
A pro-active individual who will work to mitigate potential permitting issues that could affect onsite operations.
A rounded knowledge of Streetworks and the permitting processes.
