Salary: 28,000 - 33,000+ (depending on experience)
Elite Telecom Services Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and resolve first-line escalations, ensuring company standards are met and project milestones delivered.
Liaise with teams to support planned activities.
Provide regular updates to clients/customers through various forms of communication.
Record and manage data using work management systems.
Oversee Streetworks noticing, including raising, closing, and registering works.
Liaise with local authorities to arrange permits and ensure timely completion of works.
Carry out clerical administration on completed projects, ensuring all documentation and customer requirements are accurate.

Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
