Job Description

The Strength & Mindset Studio is a coaching-led strength and conditioning studio based in Anerley, South East London. We specialise in small group training (maximum 4 people per session), where technical quality, progression and client care come first.

We are expanding our team and are looking for a Strength & Conditioning Coach who wants to work in a high-standard, professional environment where coaching actually matters.

The role

You will be coaching small groups and helping clients build strength, confidence and movement skill through structured strength and conditioning programmes. This is not a large, high-volume gym role -- you will be expected to coach, cue, correct and genuinely support people.

You will also go through our internal coaching programme to align with our movement standards, coaching philosophy and client-care ethos.

What we're looking for

Experience coaching barbell and free-weight training Strong eye for movement, posture and technique Confident coaching mixed-ability clients (from beginners to experienced) Professional, reliable and people-focused Willingness to learn, develop and work within a coaching system
Desirable (not essential)

A massage, sports therapy or bodywork qualification is a strong bonus. We operate Contrast Anerley Sauna & Cold Plunge next door, so recovery and soft-tissue work is part of our wider performance and wellbeing ecosystem.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 25.00-30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
