Ahead of the launch of our new performance centre in Fitzroy Square this October, we are growing our team and looking for a talented Strength & Conditioning Coach to join us.

We deliver High-Performance Medicine: the same precision and integration used in elite sport and elite military and special operations, now uniquely applied to leaders, artistic performers, executives, and high performers from all walks of life.

In this role you will:

Conduct structured physical assessments including VO? max, lactate, and VALD testing. Contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions to set specific training goals for clients. Design and deliver training plans using app-based services. Deliver one-to-one strength and conditioning coaching sessions. Contribute to staff training and client education as part of Andarta's professional development commitment.
We are looking for:

Accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach (UKSCA or equivalent, e.g. NSCA CSCS). Degree in S&C, Sport Science, or related field. Experience delivering S&C in healthcare or high-performance environments. Strong knowledge of training science, testing, and safe practice. Salary: 24k for first 16 hours per week, plus expected commissions to give OTE of 50-60k or more if more than 40 hours worked.
