Engineers, Senior Engineers and Principal Engineers
, with the scope of responsibility and salary aligned to experience.
The Role
You will be involved in the design and delivery of a wide range of civil and structural engineering projects across the
commercial, residential, industrial and education sectors
, working on schemes valued up to
30-50 million
.
Depending on your level, the role may include:
Structural design using steel, concrete, timber and masonry
Structural analysis and technical problem-solving across varied project types
Managing your own workload to meet project deadlines and client expectations
Producing clear, accurate calculations, reports and technical documentation
Liaising with clients, architects, contractors and other consultants
Attending and contributing to design meetings and site visits
Supervising and mentoring engineers and technicians
Providing technical leadership and contributing to team development at senior levels
About You
Degree qualified (BEng or MEng) in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
Minimum of
5 years post-graduate experience
for Senior level and above
Chartered or actively working towards chartership through
IStructE or ICE
Strong design experience across common structural materials
Proficient in relevant structural design and analysis software
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple projects
A collaborative team player with leadership capability at senior levels
Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport
