Structural Engineer job opportunity to work for a Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy in Redditch, Worcestershire.

35k to 45k + benefits (read below)

From day one, you'll work alongside a close-knit and experienced team of Civil and Structural Engineers. Helping to design and analyse various building structures up to 25m. This established consultancy is currently in a significant growth phase, where the Technical Director has the remit to double the size of the civil and structural engineering team.

Structural Engineer duties:

Design and analyse building structures in the main materials. Manage small structural engineering projects or assist on larger ones. Work closely with a senior structural engineer to develop project designs and specifications. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations. Provide technical support during the construction phase, addressing any issues that arise. Use software such as Tekla Structural Designer and CADS.

Structural Engineer experience:

Civil / Structural Engineering degree. 3+ years' building design experience gained at a UK design consultancy. Experience managing project timelines and deliverables. Working knowledge of various structural engineering software. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality in all engineering practices.
