Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analysing, and overseeing the construction of various structures, ensuring they are safe, sustainable, and compliant with regulations. This role requires a strong foundation in engineering principles and proficiency in relevant software tools.

Duties

Develop and design structural systems for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructures. Conduct structural analysis using tools such as Mathcad and CAD software including AutoCAD and MicroStation. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project specifications are met. Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects using Revit and Civil 3D. Manage project timelines and budgets while ensuring quality control throughout the construction process. Perform site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and regulations to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in structural engineering design and analysis. Proficiency in engineering software such as Revit, Mathcad, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools. Strong mathematical skills with the ability to apply complex calculations effectively. Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results within deadlines. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
