Job Title: Structural MIG Welder/Fabricator

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Pay Rate: 18.00 per hour

We are seeking a skilled Structural MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our friendly and close-knit team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, values quality work, and is looking for a stable, long-term position in a respectful and supportive environment.

About the Role

- Fabricate and MIG weld structural steel components (8mm and thicker)

- Consistently produce accurate, high-quality results

- Collaborate with team members in a clean, organized workshop

- Ensure all work complies with relevant standards and specifications

Candidate Profile

- Proven experience in structural steel welding and fabrication is essential

- EXC2 training or experience is preferred (training can be provided for suitable candidates)

- Reliable, motivated, and committed to a long-term career

- Detail-oriented with a proactive work approach

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday - Day Shift

- 39 hours per week with flexible start and finish times

- Typical schedule:

- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00, Friday: 08:00 - 16:00

- 4 day work week option available 7am to 3:30pm.
