Manage and allocate work among site supervisors and subcontractors.
Maintain compliance with
health, safety, and environmental regulations

Communicate effectively with clients, project engineers, and inspection authorities to resolve on-site challenges.
Oversee
steel erection, welding, and mechanical assembly
to ensure quality and accuracy.
Monitor progress, control resource usage, and maintain up-to-date site documentation.
Organize phased inspections, handovers, and commissioning of completed works.
Support continuous improvement and uphold company quality standards.
What We're Looking For
Degree or diploma
in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (preferred, or equivalent professional experience).
Minimum
5 years' experience
in a similar role within
steel construction or heavy industrial installation
.
Strong proficiency in
AutoCAD
,
Microsoft Office
, and digital project documentation tools.
Demonstrated ability to lead large site teams and coordinate multiple work fronts.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
Solid understanding of
construction safety and compliance practices
