About the Role

We're looking for

Structures Site Technicians

of all levels to join our

Structures and Pavements Department

. Based in

Warrington

, this role involves working on a variety of projects across the UK, from

listed bridges and iconic buildings

to

national highway assets

.

Day to day, you'll carry out

specialist in-situ testing, inspections, and sampling

of structures and pavements. You'll receive full external training, including

working at height

,

confined spaces

, and

health and safety

certifications.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting site testing, inspections, and sampling to high standards of safety and quality Ensuring test equipment is clean, calibrated, and fully functional Maintaining a professional attitude when representing the company on-site with clients and suppliers Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive, safe work environment

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Full UK driving licence CSCS card (if not held, CTS Group will arrange your test) Strong team player with good communication skills Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn Positive attitude and commitment to safety

Additional Details

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week

Flexibility:

Regular weekend and night work may be required

Travel:

Nationwide travel and overnight stays are part of the role (company vehicle provided)
