About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structured Finance Intern with a genuine interest in asset-backed lending and securitisations involving financial assets. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team in our London office, with full relocation assistance and visa sponsorship provided for eligible candidates.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in structuring, negotiating, and executing asset-backed lending and securitisation transactions.
• Conduct financial analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence on structured finance deals
• Work closely with internal teams, external counsel, rating agencies, and counterparties to ensure seamless transaction execution
• Prepare investment memoranda, term sheets, and other key documentation.
• Monitor portfolio performance and assist in risk management initiatives.
• Stay abreast of regulatory developments and industry trends in structured finance and securitisation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Interest in asset-backed lending, or securitisations.
• Strong financial modeling, credit analysis, and documentation review skills.
• Solid understanding of structured finance products and securitisation frameworks.
• Experience working with legal and regulatory considerations in financial transactions.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial software, and market analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (CFA, FRM, etc.) are a plus.
