Their Tier 2 Structured Finance is one of the most well regarded outside of the Magic Circle in the City and internationally. They handle the full range of structured finance matters to include securitisation.
The Banking & Finance practice represents numerous finance companies and fixed income funds, mezzanine investors, hedge funds, financial service boutiques, spin-offs and other financial institutions and investors, as well as a large number of borrowers operating in many different businesses and industries.
The London Finance team forms a part of the Global Banking and Finance Group which comprises over 200 banking & finance lawyers across the Americas, Europe and Asia.
Headed by a very charismatic 'named' partner of considerable reputation, they have continued to expand over a number of years in strength and depth. This remains a team earmarked for continued growth.
