Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic early-career Structured reinsurance Broker who has a strong foundation in reinsurance broking and a genuine passion for progressing into structured reinsurance. This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates eager to develop and deepen their expertise while contributing to innovative reinsurance solutions for our clients. The successful candidate will leverage strong analytical skills and client relationship management to structure and negotiate complex reinsurance arrangements that effectively meet client needs.

We will count on you to:



Develop and structure bespoke reinsurance solutions for clients, including prospective and retrospective capital relief solutions. Analyse client portfolios, risk profiles, and market conditions to recommend optimal reinsurance structures. Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with reinsurers to secure favourable terms for clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, reinsurers, and internal teams. Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to advise clients effectively. Prepare and present detailed proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.

What you need to have:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related field. Experience in reinsurance broking, preferably with a focus on structured reinsurance. High level of integrity, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACII, CPCU, or equivalent are advantageous. Strong understanding of reinsurance markets, products, and treaty structures. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office, reinsurance software, and market platforms.
