Grade 2 BAR: 26,532 to 27,312 per annum pro rata (Starting salary commences at 26,532)
You will assist the Student Accommodation Accounts Administrator in the efficient operation of the student accommodation reception. You will provide advice and support to the residents, assist front-of-house, and ensure security of the building. You will take bookings utilising the computerised accommodation package and inform applicants of charges and conditions.
The ideal candidate will have SVQ Level III/3 Higher Grades (or equivalent) in administration or business studies and recent, relevant administration experience. Excellent IT skills are essential as well as the ability to work under pressure. In addition, the ideal candidate will be client focused, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.
