The Role
As a Student Assistant, you will partner closely with the Head of Global Marketing Excellence, playing a pivotal role in supporting and managing high-impact projects across our global marketing operations.
This is your chance to gain hands-on experience working alongside top marketing professionals driving global strategies and projects. This role offers you the opportunity to learn, develop and grow through real-world experience by:

• Supporting the management of our Brand Building Blueprint (B3), a vital global brand planning process.
• Coordinating stakeholders, workshops, and content improvements for global and local teams.
• Delivering feedback surveys, benchmarking performance, and ensuring continuous process improvement.
• Supporting our Marketing Excellence Academy by organising content, events, and campaigns to grow marketing expertise worldwide.
• Developing creative internal social media campaigns to highlight team achievements.

You will join us on a part-time basis, working three days per week, with a minimum of two days per week at our UK Head Office in Maidenhead, and the option to work remotely one day.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive, purpose-driven student who:

• Lives and breathes marketing: You're currently studying Marketing or Brand Management, (it's a real bonus if you're interested in healthcare or pharma), and you understand the building blocks of great marketing strategies.
