About the Department:
The Student Case Management Team handle a wide variety of student casework. It is the central department responsible for student appeals, complaints, misconduct and Fitness to Practise cases. The team also manages the University's involvement in cases that go to the Independent Adjudicator for Higher Education (the OIA).
Working in this team provides potential to develop investigatory and problem solving skills in a very interesting area that involves all aspects of student life, from across the University. The team is also responsible for identifying potential improvements to the student experience at Manchester Met arising from cases.
About the Role:
The Student Case Management Administrator provides the support that underpins the investigation of academic appeals, student complaints and misconduct-related casework at an institutional level, ensuring a high quality professional service for students and staff.
This post offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with the potential to develop their administrative skills in an interesting area of University work. This is a fixed term, anticipated to end 27 November 2026.
