The University's Directorate of Communications, Marketing and Student Recruitment is currently seeking an exceptional Student Communications Manager. In this role, you will lead and direct our sector-leading Student Communications team to ensure the delivery of dynamic communications and campaigns to one of the UKs largest student communities. With student voice at the heart, you will make our University's narrative coherent, impactful and relevant to our students and oversee campaigns to elevate their student experience from their first registration, through to their final graduation.


As a leader of Professional Services at the University, you will embed locally and University-wide a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, placing the student experience at the heart of what you do. With a 'one team' vision, you'll work seamlessly across the University's many academic faculties and business areas plus alongside the University of Manchester Students' Union; to develop effective partnerships and plans in support the University's strategic aspirations - Manchester 2035.


This is a hybrid role based both on campus in Manchester and with some home working.
