The Learning and Teaching Team are seeking to appoint two enthusiastic and self-motivated students to bring insight, curiosity, and imagination to GSA's Culture and Space for Learning project - a collaborative initiative exploring how our studios, workshops, and shared spaces support learning, belonging, and creativity. As a Student Consultant, you will work alongside staff to observe, record, and reflect on how spaces are used, noticing both the visible and invisible patterns of activity that shape daily life at GSA. Your perspective will help shape how GSA understands and shares its learning spaces, ensuring they reflect the diverse ways students learn, connect, and create together.

The successful candidate will have current experience studying at the Glasgow School of Art; have supported projects/research activities; undertaken desk-based research and consultation work, and have experience of report writing and presenting.

This role is a 0.2 FTE (7 hours per week) fixed term until the 31 July 2026. Working hours are to be agreed with line manager at appointment.

For informal enquiries please contact Ingrid Bols, Enhancement and Student Partnership Coordinator at i.bols@gsa.ac.uk

Closing date for submission of completed applications is midnight Monday 1 December 2025 at 23:59pm.

Interviews will be held Tuesday 16 December 2025 on campus in Glasgow.
