We are seeking a proactive and data-driven individual to join the Division of Governance and Quality Enhancement (GQE). The pivotal role will support the enhancement of the student experience at Queen Margaret University (QMU). This dynamic position focuses on the collection, analysis, and interpretation of student-focused data, with particular emphasis on widening access, student retention, engagement monitoring, and survey feedback. Working collaboratively with staff and student representatives across the University, the postholder will play a key role in advancing QMU's strategic objectives, including improving student satisfaction and retention outcomes.
Responsibilities include supporting the implementation of the SEAtS platform to monitor attendance and engagement, managing the 'Thinking of Leaving' facility, and analysing results from key surveys such as the National Student Survey (NSS). The role also involves preparing reports for internal stakeholders and committees, ensuring statutory obligations are met, and providing secretariat support to University committees and project groups when required.
