About the Role
Are you passionate about helping international students thrive - both in the classroom and out in the world?
Do you enjoy combining people-focused work with creative media, travel, and storytelling?
We're looking for a dynamic, adaptable Student Experience & Media Coordinator to join our team in Cambridge. This is a unique, year-round role that shifts focus with the seasons - supporting university students academically and pastorally during term time, then leading cultural tours and creative projects during our summer and travel programmes.
You'll play a key part in guiding students' personal growth, producing inspiring mixed-media content, and helping deliver unforgettable educational experiences across the UK (and occasionally, in China).

We're actively looking for teachers, academics and creative individuals who can promote learning and the confidence to explore this vivid and exciting country. We care about instilling fond memories and the students' feelings of being more empowered to achieve their own goals.

During Cultural Programme / Summer Phases
Act as a Tour Leader for visiting international student groups (typically aged 10-18) on educational excursions across the UK.
Lead and supervise groups through destinations in the UK, providing engaging, accessible commentary.
Ensure student safety and welfare at all times, maintaining clear communication with teachers and group leaders.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and inspire.
