West Suffolk College, Bury St Edmunds 21.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year - Permanent Salary: 23,808 - 24,612 per annum (Dependent on qualifications and experience) Actual Salary: 13,834 - 14,302 per annum
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Student Experience Officer to join our dedicated team in enhancing the overall student experience. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level support across a variety of student services functions, ensuring that all student-facing processes are efficient, seamless, and student-centred. You will engage with students across both academic and extracurricular activities, playing a key role in capturing and representing the student voice. By doing so, you will contribute to fostering a positive and dynamic learning environment, ensuring that students receive the highest standards of support and care.

To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in administrative roles, where you have demonstrated the ability to manage a wide range of duties and responsibilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will engage with students, staff, and various departments regularly. A passion for student engagement and a commitment to providing excellent customer care and support are key to the role. You must also be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and adapting to a fast-paced environment with ease.
