Student Interviewer For The Times Top 100 Graduate Employers Survey

United Kingdom, United Kingdom

Job Description

High Fliers is looking to hire current students as Student Interviewers for the "2026 Times Final Year University Student Survey" campaign on the Lancaster University campus in February.
High Fliers Research is an independent market research company that specialises in student and graduate recruitment. We're best known for producing the research behind and publishing "The Graduate Market" report and "The Times Top 100 Graduate Employers"guide, which are based on our annual surveys of final-year university students across the UK.
This role requires you to carry out a number of structured interviews with final year students from Lancaster University. Interviews take place over a 10-day period at the start of February, known as the "Live Survey Period". Your role will involve recruiting and interviewing 25 final year students at Lancaster University. Each interview session will take approximately 10-20 minutes, and should be conducted individually either in person or via video call.
All materials and resources will be provided during a training session, which will be held before you begin your interviews. Your University Manager will be in touch regularly to help you meet your target by the end of the period.
You will be paid per survey you carry out. And, as an additional incentive, your overall pay will double upon reaching your target. You will also receive a full professional reference for your time as Interviewer.
