About ARU:

ARU is a global university transforming lives through innovative, inclusive and entrepreneurial education and research. ARU holds a Gold award for the quality of its education, awarded through the Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF).

ARU's research institutes and four faculties bridge scientific, technical and creative fields. We deliver impactful research which tackles pressing issues and makes a real difference to our communities. We are the largest provider of Nursing, Midwifery, Health and Social Care students in the East of England, and we are also among the UK's leading universities for degree apprenticeship provision, working with hundreds of employers across the UK.

About the Role:

You'll have experience providing complex advice and support to students, managing data accurately, and working with multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines. You'll be highly organised, proactive, and able to prioritise competing tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to excellent customer service are essential. You'll be confident using digital tools and developing engaging content to promote opportunities. Knowledge of the Higher Education sector and international mobility programmes such as Erasmus+ or Turing Scheme is desirable, along with an enthusiasm for supporting students and promoting global experiences.

To succeed in this role you will have a degree, be part qualified in a relevant professional qualification at degree level or have demonstrable evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the role.
