Are you looking for a rewarding administrative role where you can grow your skills, be part of a supportive team, and contribute to the success of students at every step of their journey?

We have a fantastic opportunity to join the College Information Services Department at Exeter College, supporting our MIS Student Records Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working with data, systems, and people.

What kind of person are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who is:

Organised, responsible, and detail-focused A confident communicator and proactive team player Willing to learn and take on new challenges Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic about working in education

You may already be working in an office, school, college, or customer service role--or perhaps you're looking to start a new chapter in a professional, supportive environment where training and development are part of the culture.

What's the role all about?

As a key part of the Student Records Team, you'll play an essential role in maintaining and processing student data, supporting enrolment activities, and ensuring our records are accurate and up to date. Your day to day work will include data entry, handling enrolment documents, audit and quality checking data, liaising with other departments & faculties, and contributing to the smooth running of our student records systems.

Why this role matters

Behind every successful student is a strong support team. The accuracy and reliability of our student data has a direct impact on how we plan, deliver, and fund education. Your work will help ensure students' journeys through college are seamless, from their very first enrolment to completion.

What makes this fulfilling?

You won't just be doing admin, you'll be playing a vital part in a dynamic education environment, where your work has a visible, positive impact. You'll see the results of your contributions as students succeed and progress. Plus, you'll have the chance to learn, grow, and gain skills that will boost your future career.

What's in it for you?

By joining Exeter College, you'll become part of a forward-thinking organisation committed to excellence. We'll invest in your training, provide one-to-one support, and give you access to the tools and resources you need to succeed. This is a great stepping stone for a career in education administration, data management, or broader roles within college services.
