This role sits within the

faculty's

newly established

Marketing, Communications and Student Recruitment team

, which plays a vital role in shaping the faculty's identity, enhancing its visibility, and attracting a diverse and talented student body.


About the role


------------------


This post forms part of a job share arrangement and contributes to the delivery of student recruitment and admissions activity across the faculty. Working closely with the Marketing and Student Recruitment Coordinators and your job share partner, you will support key engagement events such as Open Days and Offer Holder events, manage communications with prospective students, and administer admissions processes in collaboration with academic departments and central UCL teams.



The role is available from

1st December 2025 on 0.4FTE




About you


-------------


You will have experience in student recruitment, marketing, or admissions, ideally within higher education. You'll bring excellent communication and digital skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A collaborative and proactive approach is essential, particularly in a job share arrangement. You'll be committed to delivering an inclusive and engaging experience for prospective students.
