We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Student Recruitment Officer to join our recruitment team. The successful candidate will play a key role in following up with applicants who have applied to our University Foundation Programme (UFP) but have not yet responded to follow up emails or accepted their offers.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate and maintain communication through calls and messages with individuals who have applied or received offers.
Persuade applicants to accept their offers and enrol in the programme.
Deliver accurate and reassuring details about the programme, admissions process, and subsequent steps.
Keep comprehensive and detailed records of all interactions.
Identify and document common concerns or objections, and communicate this feedback to the admissions, marketing, and leadership teams.
Support with theplanning and execution of recruitment activities such as college fairs, open days, and information sessions as and when required
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance recruitment strategies and initiatives
Monitor and analyse data related to student recruitment and offer information to inform strategies
Effectively use CRM systems, social media channels, and the website to promote the course
Requirements:
Confident communicator with excellent phone and messaging etiquette.
Experience in sales and customer service. student recruitment experience preferred.
Friendly, persuasive, and target-driven.
Organised and able to work independently.
Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are a strong advantage, especially those relevant to international student recruitment.

Familiar with the UK education system.
Familiar with Visa processes and immigration procedures.
