Responsible to: Lead Administrator and Head of Learning Support
Responsible for: Delivering high quality, flexible and pro-active administrative support within the Student Services team. Contributing to the Learning Support and Safeguarding Teams within the college by improving, developing and operating the administrative functions in these departments.
Working hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Term-time, 192 days per annum
Inspire Learning Trust is a Multi Academy Trust based in Rotherham which also includes Oakwood High School, Sitwell Junior School, Thomas Rotherham College and Winterhill School.
Based at Thomas Rotherham College, the successful candidate will undertake a split role combining front of house reception duties with key administrative support.
The postholder will play a pivotal role in facilitating the provision of Student Services to onsite learners, liaising with staff, outside agencies, and parents/guardians, and ensuring supportive and welcoming environment for all main site students.
In addition, the successful candidate will provide essential administrative assistance to both the Head of Learning Support and Safeguarding team and to key figures including the Designated Safeguarding Lead, SENDCO, and the wider pastoral team. This role is central to ensuring the seamless communication and effective support throughout our college community.
