Leigh Academy Hugh Christie is looking for an exceptional and dedicated

Student Services Manager

to join our team. This isn't just an administrative role; you'll be the cornerstone of pastoral support within one of our small-school Colleges, directly impacting students' well-being and success.


Within our unique small-school model, each College is a supportive, close-knit environment. As the Student Services Manager, you will be the primary point of contact and support for students, staff, and parents regarding pastoral care and safeguarding.

The basis of this role is permanent, working 37.5 hours per week (8am-4pm Monday - Friday), Term Time + 1 week of inset and offering an actual salary of 21,912 - 23,416 per annum (25,136 - 26,861 full-time equivalent) based on experience.
