Student Success Coordinator-Arabic Speaker

Hybrid - Manchester (min 3 days per week in the office, with some travel to other centres in the UK)

27,799 annual depending on experience

We're looking for someone who can make a real difference to the experience of our Arabic-speaking students across a range of programmes and around the UK. You'll work closely with them from the moment they arrive, supporting their progress, wellbeing and success throughout their studies. You'll also liaise with sponsors and academic teams to ensure every student receives the support and information they need to achieve their goals.

This is a varied and hands-on role. You'll meet students face to face at our UK centres, guide them through academic challenges, monitor their progress, and provide updates to sponsors. You'll also help ensure our approach across UK centres reflects the needs of Arabic-speaking students, offering valuable insight and cultural understanding, and helping them manage and thrive as an international student in the UK.

We're looking for someone fluent in Arabic who enjoys working with people, builds trust easily and takes pride in helping others succeed. You will be comfortable and confident with young people and experienced professionals, with good administrative and communication skills, a keen attention to detail and lots of enthusiasm. You'll be based in Manchester, just a short walk from Oxford Road Station, with some travel to other centres when required.
