Job Overview

We are seeking a Student success coach to join our educational team in the delivery of Health and Wellness qualifications.

The role will be hybrid to include online support, marking of assignments and occasional in person teaching/assessing as and when required.

The role will be shaped to the candidates strengths and experience and how we feel you can best support our students.

Essential

Level 3 PT or Level 4 Sports massage qualification Teaching, IQA or Assessors qualification Educational experience Passion for health and wellness High personal standards
Desirable

L4 IQA Qualification Additional qualifications - Level 4 nutrition, L4 Strength and conditioning, L3 exercise referral, L3 pre and post natal exercise, Massage, reflexology, sports therapy or other heath and wellness subjects Experience in the delivery of the above subjects Experience in sales, management, content creation Full driving licence First aid qualification
We are hiring on a part time basis with a view to a long term hire. We will only hire for our ideal candidate.

Initial phase of the application is submission of CV with qualifications and experience. Second phase for selected candidates will be a video submission (more detail will be provided), final phase will be to meet our team in Belfast.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 20.00-30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
