We are seeking a dedicated and organised Admissions Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the student enrolment process, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting prospective students through their journey. Responsibilities



Manage the entire admissions process from initial enquiry to enrolment, ensuring timely and accurate communication with prospective students. Provide detailed information about programmes, courses, and admission requirements to prospective students and their families. Organise and conduct campus tours, open days, and information sessions to promote programmes and answer queries. Maintain accurate records of applicant information using organisational databases and systems. Collaborate with teaching staff to understand programme offerings and support the development of promotional materials. Assist with the preparation of admission documentation, including application forms, acceptance letters, and follow-up correspondence. Support prospective students in completing application procedures, including documentation submission and interview scheduling. Follow up with applicants to ensure timely decision-making and provide ongoing support throughout the enrolment process.

Qualifications



Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role within an educational setting is preferred. Teaching experience or background is highly desirable, demonstrating an understanding of educational environments. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional manner. Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office Suite or similar programmes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A genuine interest in education and supporting learners' success is essential. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 22,000.00-24,000.00 per year
